Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the products.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
