Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Lorena Canals products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
